February 12-15: Winter Weekend 2026 is coming soon, Mountaineers! From Hickory to Boone, we’re bringing together alumni, friends and families for a celebration packed with cozy gatherings, spirited competition and unforgettable memories.

Kick things off Thursday with an Educator Appreciation Celebration at the App State Hickory Campus, then warm up Friday night at S’mores & Pours with signature winter drinks, hot cocoa, and plenty of fellowship. Saturday keeps the energy high with Mountaineer basketball, an alumni pre-show mix & mingle before Margo Price takes the stage, and all weekend long you can hit the slopes at Beech Mountain Resort with discounted lift tickets.

Whether you’re reconnecting with fellow educators, cheering courtside, savoring s’mores by the fire, or carving fresh tracks on the mountain, Winter Weekend offers something for every Mountaineer.
