Darienne Montgomery will lead Orchesis Members and community members through an Expressive Arts activity of creation. She will focus on mindfulness and stress reduction techniques as participants explore the sacred mandala structure using paint and wooden rings. Processing will conclude the session. Participants will get to take home an ornament of their creation. All are welcome!
