Next Step Hickory is designed for individuals who have been admitted or have confirmed their intention to attend App State Hickory for the Summer or Fall 2026 semester. This event helps admitted and confirmed students take the next steps toward enrollment by connecting with Hickory faculty and getting any remaining questions answered as they prepare to sign up for Orientation and register for classes.

During the event, students will enjoy a free lunch, explore academic programs, tour the Hickory campus, and learn more about what to expect as they begin their journey as an App State student.
