FEMA Individual Assistance and Voluntary Agency Liaisons are supporting App State to host a financial empowerment session.  Timed to align with the one-year mark of Hurricane Helene and National Preparedness Month, the session offers preparedness information to attendees to strengthen financial readiness for disaster-impacted individuals and communities.  Federal, state, local, and non-governmental partners will provide practical tools and knowledge that accelerate recovery and support lasting financial stability.
