Art & Design Expo is an annual juried student exhibition organized by the Department of Art.  Expo 2026 will be juried by guest curator Michael Manes who is co-director of Cohab space in High Point and Co-owner of Blue Spiral in Asheville. Michael has dedicated his career to creating opportunities for arts and design professionals here in North Carolina and beyond, and he has particularly strong experience working across the worlds of craft, applied design, and fine arts. 

Student work will be on view from February 10-26 from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. in the Walling Gallery in Wey Hall and in the Smith Gallery in the Schaefer Center.  Please also join us on Thursday, February 19 from 5-7 p.m. to celebrate at our reception.  This event is free and open to family, friends and the general public.  All are welcome.
